INFORMATION & POLICIES
Holding your date:
We will be glad to hold the date you requested for 10 days. During that time period we would like you to review this information. If you would like to schedule a tour or have any questions, please call. (See contact information below.) You can also click here to view our calendar for available dates. On or before the 10 days have passed, please call to request a lease agreement or cancel the hold. If we do not hear from you after 10 days, your hold will be cancelled.
Cost of Facility:
Rental of The Longhouse for a 1-9 hour period is $2500.00. There is a fee of $100.00 per each additional hour, or portion thereof. You may choose to use your own caterer at no additional cost. The kitchen may be used as a holding area for food only, and there is to be no preparation of food or beverages on sight. All our tables and the indoor chairs are included in the $2500. Each outside chair is $3. Upon signing of the contract, a deposit of $300.00 is due to confirm your date, as well as a $100.00 damage deposit that will be returned to you after the function if no damage is incurred. There is also a $100 deposit for alcohol, which will be returned after the function if there was no alcohol on the premises. Therefore $500 is due at the contract signing. The balance is due in full 60 days after the contract is signed.
We suggest holding the rehearsal two days before the wedding. If this is inconvenient the facility can be made available morning to mid-day on the day of the scheduled function. If no one has rented the facility on the day before your function the facility can be made available to you.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made 12 months before the event date will be refunded in full less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 12 months from the event date will not be refunded unless we are able to fill that date with another booking. If we are able to fill the cancelled date you will be refunded in full minus a $100.00 processing fee.
